Anyone notice that construction has stopped on the "Huge" custom home located on Via Tuscany.

The reason for the stoppage and the eye sore is that the developer has taken the money and ran. He has defrauded the banks, in which he is being sued by 5 local banks.

The developer took investor millions as well as construction loan money and opened two specialty stores located side by side in Winter Park.

This deveolper is cuurently under investigation for bank fraud, misapropriation of funds, tax evasion to name just a few charges.

This project is halted because all the sub contractors have filed leins and now the project is upside down and will probably never be finished.

Winter Park.....get used to the eye sore.

Where does this man Menaker live now and what is he doing? Where is he from?
